Bold Manufacturing operates a house manufacturing plant that averages 2 houses a month. The majority of these houses are pre sold and we work directly with Bold Manufacturing and the home owners.
This project was started in the May and completed in December. It features a gas station, convenience store, full serve deli and a liquor store.
This was a commercial renovation. The original building was originally built for highway transportation vehicles and was rebuilt this year into a full size hardware store.
